Custom Manufacturing
These speakers are made to order, which means we can fully customize every detail according to your individual preferences. Whether it's sound performance, design, materials, or specific technical parameters, our experts will create a product tailored to your needs.

Enclosure
The primary goal of our custom-designed enclosure is to create ideal conditions for the drivers without unwanted resonances or distortions. That's why it is made from MDF with a thickness of up to 44mm and features several robust, specially arranged internal braces that ensure the resonance of the enclosure is well beyond the range of the mid-bass driver.

The front panel is 44mm thick, ensuring that the drivers are perfectly mechanically grounded. The front edges are rounded to significantly reduce diffraction, improving range linearity and spatial accuracy. Special damping material, Bitumen, has been used to significantly reduce resonance. High-quality acoustic materials absorb standing waves and reflections within the speaker. The enclosed chamber for the tweeter is specifically designed to minimize any resonances created by the mid-bass driver, even at high volumes.

Tweeter
We have chosen the best available from the Danish brand SB Acoustics, specifically from their SATORI series. This driver utilizes a special TeXtreme® dome membrane, pushing the first resonance boundary to 40kHz. The two-piece aluminum mounting system includes an integrated anti-resonance component. The driver uses a neodymium magnet with a T-shaped pole piece to reduce distortion. Two compression chambers improve the dynamic performance.

Mid-Bass Driver
The mid-bass driver is also from the SATORI series. It features a special Egyptian Papyrus membrane that ensures transparent mids and excellent rigidity for low frequencies. The soft rubber surround with low damping ensures a fast response, and the special BIMAX spider guarantees a linear excursion and precision even at high volumes. A powerful neodymium magnet with a pole piece and shorting ring ensures low distortion. A specially designed aerodynamically ventilated basket reduces compression.

Passive Radiator
The passive radiator chosen for this speaker is exceptional due to its shape, providing a large diaphragm area while using minimal space on the enclosure. It is adjustable and significantly enhances the low-frequency performance.

Why a Passive Radiator?
By using a passive radiator, the enclosure behaves as both partially sealed and partially open. This ensures very precise bass and a deep frequency characteristic, which in ideal conditions and rooms can reach values below 34Hz.

Crossover
Since the crossover is just as important as any other component in the speaker, it has not been overlooked. For the ELYSIUM series, we used top-tier high-end components such as Jantzen Silver-Z-cap capacitors, Jantzen Silver Z-cap bypass capacitors, foil coils with thick wire cross-sections and air cores, and Jantzen Superes resistors with a 1% tolerance, connected in parallel to improve durability and reduce thermal losses. The entire crossover is designed point-to-point without using PCBs, and the tweeter path is completely separated from the mid-bass driver path, improving performance for BI-amp or BI-wire setups. The crossover sits on anti-resonant foam feet.

Connectors
The connectors are entirely made from high-quality copper, with no ferromagnetic parts, including non-magnetic nuts. The wires are directly connected to the interior of the connector to minimize losses.

Wiring
No compromises were made on the ELYSIUM wiring. The cables are from the Danish brand Jantzen and are encased in Teflon, offering better characteristics than PVC. The wires are fully silver-plated, and the solder contains high silver content. You'll find no quick connectors in these speakers; everything is soldered and then insulated to extend their lifespan.
