AVERON
AVERON sets a new standard in floorstanding speakers—designed without compromise, from the initial conceptual sketches to the final acoustic tuning. Every detail was created with a single goal in mind: to achieve maximum neutrality and a natural sound that faithfully reflects the true musical experience, regardless of the size or character of the room.
A reference floorstanding speaker with no compromises
Our ambition was to create floor-standing speakers that can "disappear into the room" just as convincingly as top-tier two-way bookshelf systems. Speakers that don't draw attention to themselves—they let nothing but the music shine.
We strove to develop a solution that performs better than conventional floor-standing speakers in any environment—whether it's a small listening room or a large concert hall. AVERON can adapt to specific conditions and room acoustics, eliminating the compromises that typically plague traditional towers. For these speakers, there is essentially no such thing as "ideal placement"—the towers adapt to the space and consistently deliver a balanced, natural, and precise sound.

Scale and Authority
At the same time, we wanted to deliver full-range performance and extremely high dynamic potential, capable of faithfully reproducing even the most demanding musical passages. AVERON therefore combines the transparency and precision of compact reference monitors with the authority, scale, and physicality of a full-fledged floor-standing system.Everything was designed so that the sound feels technically perfect, yet never artificial or unnatural. The goal was to step into the background and let the music speak for itself in its purest form—without embellishment, coloration, or interference.
The Pursuit of Perfection
In the AVERON model, we have distilled decades of expertise, passion, and relentless refinement in loudspeaker design. We didn't just want to build another speaker; we aimed to create a definitive statement in high-fidelity audio.
Every single decision—from the complex internal acoustic architecture to the finest structural nuances—was driven by a singular, unwavering objective: to engineer a loudspeaker that represents the absolute ideal of faithful sound reproduction. AVERON is the culmination of our journey, designed for those who refuse to accept anything less than sonic truth.

A Dual-Modular Evolution
In our pursuit of a truly uncompromising solution for the AVERON model, we dedicated countless hours to rigorous measurement, exhaustive testing, and critical listening. Each step brought us closer to the final concept that now forms the heart of its construction. The result is a unique, two-part architecture where the upper tweeter/mid-bass module is both acoustically and mechanically decoupled from the lower KRATON bass module. This separation is not a mere design detail—it is the fundamental key to achieving absolute clarity and lifelike precision.
The Harmony of Power and Precision
By isolating the high-performance carbon drivers in the bass section, we eliminated the transfer of unwanted resonances to the sensitive upper assembly, which handles the finest micro-dynamics and spatial details. Even at extreme acoustic pressure levels, the midrange and highs remain untainted, maintaining their natural lightness without compression. This vibration-free environment also protects the passive crossover, allowing it to operate with surgical accuracy. This architecture effectively separates raw power from delicate nuance, resulting in a harmonious synergy that unites the best of both worlds.

Advanced Composite Engineering
Through exhaustive testing of various material thicknesses and combinations, we sought the perfect equilibrium between structural rigidity and decay time. We chose high-density 18 mm MDF as the optimal foundation, providing the essential stability, strength, and acoustic mass required for precise reproduction. Before the cabinet is assembled, every panel is treated with a specialized composite layering: 4 mm of high-mass bitumen reinforced with 1 mm of aluminum foil. This sophisticated system represents the ultimate solution for eliminating parasitic panel resonances.
Resonance Control and Structural Integrity
The aluminum foil reacts instantaneously to the internal acoustic pressures, transferring vibrations to the bitumen layer, which effectively damps them and converts them into harmless energy. This results in an exceptionally stable, "acoustically silent" enclosure that never interferes with the delicate nuances of the music. To further enhance control, we utilize strategically placed asymmetrical bracing. These internal reinforcements unify the structure, ensuring that both the AVERON and KRATON modules behave as a single, cohesive unit—perfectly optimized to channel the drivers' energy without distortion or vibration.

The High-Frequency Masterpiece
For the AVERON module, we selected a premium SB Acoustics ceramic tweeter, renowned for its rigidity, speed, and minimal distortion. Its specially shaped phase plug ensures a balanced performance both on and off-axis, while an ultra-high 1.2 mm linear excursion allows for high volumes with absolute clarity. The driver remains stable up to 35 kHz without breakup modes, responding effortlessly even up to 40 kHz. Thanks to its sealed resonance chamber, it achieves a seamless transition to the mid-bass, delivering every micro-dynamic detail with natural accuracy, even in the most demanding listening environments.
Mid-Bass Reference Performance
For the mid-bass section, we selected a reference-grade SB Acoustics driver featuring a mineral-filled polypropylene cone. This material combines ultra-low moving mass with exceptional rigidity and high self-damping, ensuring a technically precise, natural, and fatigue-free sound. The result is a transparent midrange performance, free from resonances or breakup modes, with a perfectly balanced transition to the tweeter. The driver is engineered with a vented chassis, silver lead wires, an ultra-light CCAW voice coil, and an oversized vented magnet with a copper pole piece to minimize inductance and harmonic distortion. With a total moving mass of only 11.2 g, it delivers lightning-fast transient response and absolute dynamic control over even the most complex musical passages.

Dynamic Carbon Bass Performance
The bass module features two SB Acoustics carbon fiber drivers, combining incredible rigidity with a remarkably low moving mass of only 12 g. This enables a bass response that is not only clean and uncolored but, above all, punchy, precise, and dynamic. Their high linear excursion and diaphragm stiffness ensure zero mechanical distortion even at maximum output, providing a rock-solid foundation for demanding orchestral passages. Each driver is equipped with a vented chassis, a large ferrite magnet with a copper pole piece, and silver lead wires to minimize inductance and harmonic distortion. The carbon cone is further damped with a Rohacell epoxy layer, adding essential self-damping properties that ensure the bass remains natural, richly textured, and full of life.
Advanced Module Isolation
To maximize sonic purity and eliminate unwanted vibrations, we utilize natural cork between the upper and lower modules. This material serves as an effective acoustic barrier, minimizing the transfer of mechanical resonance while maintaining the absolute stability and precision of the overall soundstage. The use of cork allows each module to operate within its ideal acoustic environment, delivering an open, controlled, and natural sound. This results in enhanced transparency, dynamic accuracy, and a perfectly cohesive spatial image.

Advanced Internal Damping
To achieve absolute resonance control, we employ a multi-layered damping strategy. Beyond the aluminum-bitumen composite base, the upper module features 7 cm of acoustic foam to eliminate standing waves, paired with heavy felt absorbers that suppress low-frequency panel vibrations. The enclosure is finished with polyester lining, which mimics a larger volume in this sealed design, allowing the midrange to perform with greater openness and dynamic freedom. The KRATON bass module utilizes the same resonance-killing composite foundation, reinforced with high-density felt on the side walls to neutralize low-end vibrations. Strategic polyester placement further regulates internal airflow, ensuring precise driver control and a tight, authoritative bass response even at maximum excursion.
Purist Crossover Design
Leveraging the exceptional parameters of our drivers, we implemented a straightforward 2nd-order passive crossover for all three frequency bands. This three-way concept remains remarkably direct and transparent, eliminating unnecessary components to maximize signal purity.Notably, the crossover features no resistors, ensuring the shortest and most direct signal path possible. We utilize high-gauge foil inductors for minimal loss and maximum efficiency. The tweeter is served by the exotic Jantzen Alumen-Z Cap, a high-end Danish capacitor that guarantees absolute precision and transparency. You will find no electrolytic capacitors in the entire circuit. Furthermore, all internal wiring consists of silver-plated copper insulated in Teflon rather than standard PVC, significantly reducing parasitic capacitance for a cleaner, faster, and more detailed signal transfer.

Direct-Path Connectivity
For connectivity, we utilized the same terminals found in our ELYSIUM series—robust, solid copper connectors entirely free of ferromagnetic parts. This design prioritizes pure signal integrity by allowing the internal wiring to be secured directly within the connector, eliminating the need for intermediate components or quick-connect tabs that could increase resistance or degrade quality. By ensuring a maximum contact surface and a rock-solid connection, these terminals contribute to the full-bodied, detailed, and precise sonic character of the loudspeaker.
